Our standard shipping times are 4-5 work days from placing your order. Please note that this goes for our standard products and within the EU. Sometimes the delivery times may be longer, but we will notify you if that’s the case. 

Of course, yes. With repairs and replacements we use common sense. If the product has any construction faults or quality issues – we always replace or fix the product. Please note that Hempsy products are made of organic materials and thus wear out slowly over time. However, they are also super tough and durable and thus are a great investment for years to come. 

Of course. All it takes is to take measurements of your Friend and send these to us. Look up the measurement standards on product pages. We will get in touch with you and discuss all the details. We can also enrich your custom product with e.g. embroidering or custom hardware colour, change the tape width. Let us know and we will reach out to you! 🙂

Hemp is a material known for centuries for the production of tough, long-lasting products. Incredibly strong and durable, it is also good for the environment. The production of hemp yarn uses an average of 2-3 times less water than, for example, the production of cotton. Additionally, hemp is an antibacterial and hypoallergenic material, making it great for dogs with skin problems.

All products made of webbing can be washed @ 30°C. We do not recommend washing rope products. Just let them dry. 

Certainly. All our Large size collars and harnesses are additionally reinforced. Leashes for bigger hounds are fitted with hardware coming from horse accessories. You can be 100% certain that our products can hold the strongest and most naughty dog!
